Our story

After spending ten years in Japan, Alynn wanted to bring those nostalgic flavors of their childhood to Arizona’s desert. After graduating Culinary school in 2017, Alynn worked in fine dining until opening up the bakery in March of 2022. With inspiration from their kawaii goth style, Japanese bakeries, and favorite animes, Alynn has set out to bring a fresh take on traditional French and Japanese sweets and baked goods.

They’re also determined to make pastries accessible to everyone with background in specialties such as gluten free, sugar free, and vegan desserts.


Homemade cakes, pastries, and breads for any occasion; From dinner parties to breakfast meetings, we have the perfect sweet treat!

We believe our product is only as good as the ingredients we use.

We try to source local ingredients from farmers markets, asian markets, and even our own garden. Most product used is organic and gmo free. We proudly use heritage grain flours from Hayden Flour Mills!


*PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A HOME BAKERY WITH A COTTAGE FOOD PERMIT (meaning we are not subject to inspection by the health department, however a Food handlers training is required)
